UCC Gap Fillers? Installment Contracts? Quasi Contracts?
Contracts law can seem very daunting for law students, but a few simple explanations of the law can make things much clearer.
While law professors are wonderful, I (personally) don't think they're the best at actually teaching students. A lot of law professors complicate subjects and laws that don't need to be complicated. I try to simplify and clarify these subjects so that you have a better background understanding of the black letter law. That way, you can make sense of what your professor is talking about in class, while everyone else is trying to wrap their head around the statute of frauds.
Please let me know beforehand exactly what area you need help with (statute of frauds, remedies, etc.) or what your questions are so I can tailor my lesson for you.
Hope to hear from you soon!
